716 Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Property Manager to join our team in Buffalo and Western New York.

At 716 Property Management, we help property owners protect and grow their investments by handling tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, leasing, and day-to-day operations for residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering responsive service, strong communication, and reliable management throughout WNY.

• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties throughout Buffalo and WNY
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants
• Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained
• Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, notices, and move-ins/move-outs
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• Coordinate leasing activities including showings and applicant screening
• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate property records and management software updates
• Build positive relationships with property owners, residents, and contractors

• Active New York State Real Estate License required 
• Previous property management, leasing, real estate, or related experience preferred 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Experience with maintenance coordination and vendor management is a plus
• Familiarity with Buffalo/WNY rental market preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
