 716 Property Management is a licensed New York State property management company supporting a growing portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties across Western New York. We are seeking a motivated Part Time Leasing Agent to assist with leasing activity as our management business continues to expand.

This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys being in the field, working with tenants, and contributing to a fast paced, performance driven operation.

Position Overview
The Leasing Agent will focus primarily on showing rental properties and conducting property inspections. Additional office and clerical support may be needed from time to time to assist the management and operations team.

Core Responsibilities
• Show residential rental properties to prospective tenants
• Conduct move in, move out, and routine property inspections
• Communicate feedback from showings and inspections to the management team
• Assist with leasing related administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Represent 716 Property Management professionally in the field

Schedule
• Part time position
• Hours primarily evenings and weekends
• Flexible scheduling based on leasing demand and availability

Required Qualifications
• Active New York State real estate license required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and scheduling software

Compensation
• Pay is based on experience and availability
